Uncle Jee – Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to request deletion of your Uncle Jee account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
Send a request through Uncle Jee Support using the email address linked to your account. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder before deletion is completed.
What will be deleted
- Your sign-in account and authentication access.
- Saved addresses, favourites, preferences and other account data that is no longer required.
- Other personal data associated with the account where there is no legal or legitimate requirement to retain it.
What may need to be retained
Certain order, payment, refund, accounting, security or fraud-prevention records may need to be retained for a limited period where required by law or legitimate regulatory obligations. Any retained records are not treated as an active customer account.
