How to request deletion
If you can sign in, use Your details to permanently delete your account immediately.
If you cannot use self-service, you can submit a deletion request through the Data deletion page without installing the app. Use the email address associated with your account. We may ask for proportionate verification to prevent unauthorised deletion.
What happens next
Deletion applies to your shared Uncle Jee account across the web app, Android app and iOS app.
We normally complete deletion requests within one month and will explain any lawful extension. Associated information is deleted unless we have a valid reason to retain particular records under our Privacy Policy.
Where relevant, we instruct providers acting on our behalf to delete associated information. Providers acting as independent controllers may retain records under their own legal obligations and privacy policies.
Important
- Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
- Account deletion does not automatically cancel an outstanding order. Please contact us separately if you wish to request cancellation.
